MPrintz (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is a customized printing, branding, and product personalization service provider operating in India. As our Products are made-to-order and customized as per customer specifications, this Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through www.mprintz.in, WhatsApp, social media platforms, marketplaces, or offline sales channels.
By placing an order with MPrintz, you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Order Confirmation & Production
All orders placed with MPrintz are processed only after full payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification, wherever applicable.
Once an order is confirmed, it is sent for design processing and production, which may begin immediately due to the customized nature of our Products.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders cannot be cancelled once design approval is provided or production has commenced.
Due to the customized and personalized nature of Products, cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.
Requests for cancellation received before production begins may be considered at the sole discretion of MPrintz. Any processing or design charges incurred shall be deducted.
No cancellation requests will be accepted for bulk, corporate, promotional, or special-price orders.
2.2 Cancellation by MPrintz
MPrintz reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Incomplete or incorrect order details
Non-availability of materials
Payment failure or COD verification failure
Content violating our Terms & Conditions
Unforeseen operational issues or force majeure events
In such cases, a full refund shall be issued for prepaid orders.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refund on Customized Products
Since all Products are customized and made-to-order, refunds are not applicable once production has started.
No refunds shall be provided for errors arising from:
Incorrect details provided by the Customer
Approved designs, spellings, or artwork
Color variations due to screen or printing limitations
Change of mind after order confirmation
3.2 Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Printing errors caused by MPrintz
Physical damage during transit
Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
The Product must be unused and in original condition
Upon verification, MPrintz may, at its discretion:
Replace the Product, or
Issue a refund (partial or full)
3.3 Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds shall be processed via the original payment method
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank
COD refunds, if approved, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Bulk, Corporate & Promotional Orders
Bulk, corporate, and institutional orders are governed by separate quotations and agreements
Cancellation or refund terms for such orders shall be communicated in writing and shall override this Policy
Advance payments for bulk orders are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in:
Account restrictions
Blacklisting from future COD orders
Recovery of logistics costs
MPrintz reserves the right to disable COD for repeat non-acceptance
6. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects:
Customized apparel
Personalized gifts and photo products
Printed stationery
Event or promotional materials
Clearance or discounted items
7. Force Majeure
MPrintz shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or non-fulfillment caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
